Children who attend Heartwood Community Preschool enjoy educational books collected by Riverton Charitable Fund's 'Pack the Library' outreach program. Heartwood Community Preschool believes every child deserves access to high-quality early learning.
Programs for Exceptional People (PEP) members enjoy safe transportation to and from their homes. The Riverton Charitable Fund provided a grant to support transportation for Jasper County residents. Programs for Exceptional People (PEP) enhances the lives of special needs adults through life skills training, creative expression, job readiness, and meaningful community engagement allowing individuals to grow with dignity, purpose, and pride
Riverton Charitable Fund's "Stock the Panty" outreach donations helped members of the Hardeeville Senior Center replenish their kitchen. Hardeeville is one location of several in Jasper County who work to improve the lives of Lowcountry citizens through fun activities, daily gatherings, nutritious meals, and trips for seniors. Community donations serve as a vital resource for these centers.

As of 2025, 64% of Jasper County School District students live in poverty (down from 84% in 2021)creating a higher need for specialized support services.
